Actually when I saw this thread title I thought it would be a list of places Chel has been. When I read the first post I was mildly disappointed.

We got our first home computer in 1997. My freshman year in high school. Teachers started requiring us to have papers typed and my parents were too busy/lazy to drive me back and forth from the library or to pick me up late after school. [I was a bus kid.]

Shortly after getting a computer and internet access (Earthlink, I think it was called), I joined UPCI.com in March of 1999. So coming up on 17 years. I became a moderator about April or May of '99.
My profile says I joined here on May 14, 2002, at exactly midnight - 12:00:00 AM.
